Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance Cancellations: A 20% account handling fee applies to all cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the service. This fee is due to non-refundable costs incurred by payment gateways.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service are non-refundable.

2) Modification Policy:

  • Modification Requests: Must be made prior to 18:00 on the day before the service. Requests made after this deadline may be subject to additional conditions.

3) Refund Timing:

  • Credit Card Transactions: Refunds may take between 3 to 30 days to post to your account due to banking processes.
  • PayPal Transactions: Refunds may take up to 5 business days.

4) Flight Delays:

  • Monitoring & Rescheduling: We monitor arrival times but bear no responsibility for rescheduling due to missed flights. No refunds will be provided. Rescheduling will be based on available resources.
    • Please notify us immediately if a flight is missed to maximize rescheduling chances without additional cost.

5) Flight Details:

  • Responsibility: Customers must inform us if they are on a different flight than the one provided. For group travel, provide details of the last flight to arrive.

6) Return Flight Delays or Cancellations:

  • Cancun Private Transfers is not responsible for airline decisions causing delays or cancellations of return flights. Rescheduling of pickup depends on availability and will be considered a same-day modification.

7) Terminal Transfers:

  • Different Terminal Pickups: An additional $5 USD charge applies.
  • Different Terminal Drop-offs: No additional charge.

8) Arrival Time:

  • Customs & Baggage: We allocate approximately 40 minutes for customs clearance and baggage collection. Inform us if this takes longer.
    • If you cannot find us upon arrival, call us immediately. Leaving the airport without notifying us will be considered a No Show.

9) Departure Pickup:

  • Timing: Our schedule includes travel time plus 2 hours for flight documentation. Altering this timing is at your own responsibility.
    • Incorrect hotel bookings that are not notified in advance, resulting in our driver being dispatched to the incorrect location, will not be refunded.

10) No Show Policy:

  • Grace Period: A maximum of 15 minutes. Failure to be present within this window will be considered a No Show, with no refund provided.

11) Car Seat Policy:

  • Car Seats: If a vehicle does not contain a car seat and you choose not to utilize the service, it will be considered a cancellation without refund.

12) Identification Policy:

  • ID Requirement: You must present an official form of identification (ID, driver’s license, passport) before boarding. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without refund.

13) Same-Day Reservations:

  • Same-Day Booking: Must be paid in full at the time of booking. If we cannot accommodate due to lack of availability, a full refund will be issued promptly. Absence of communication from us confirms your booking.

14) Advance Reservations:

  • Payment & Confirmation: Advance reservations must be paid and confirmed to secure booking. Unpaid and unconfirmed reservations will be automatically cancelled.

Supplemental Service and Convenience Fee Policy

Introduction and Acknowledgment of Terms:

This policy outlines potential additional charges (Fees) that may apply to services or products provided by our company. Users are expected to thoroughly review, understand, and accept the scenarios where supplementary charges may be incurred.

Framework of Supplemental Service and Convenience Fees:

1. Enrichment through Additional Services:
  • Enhancement Services: Opting for additional services beyond the standard scope will result in additional Fees. Fees are based on labor intensity, materials, and time sensitivity. Users will be briefed on these Fees prior to application.
2. Convenience Fees and Alternative Transaction Methodologies:
  • Alternative Payment Solutions: Accommodating non-standard payment solutions incurs additional operational and processing Fees.
  • Technological Constraints: Situations requiring alternative service delivery mechanisms due to technological constraints will also incur additional Fees.

Implicit Consent and Policy Compliance:

Utilizing our services after policy publication and dissemination constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, including potential Fees. This policy serves as a binding agreement, and continued engagement implies consent to the outlined terms.

 

Additional Dispute Policy

Dispute and Chargeback Policy:

By booking services with Cancun Private Transfers, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions regarding payments and disputes:

  1. Acceptance of Service: Upon receiving and accepting the service, and particularly if a tip has been provided to the driver, the customer agrees that the service has been performed to their satisfaction.

  2. Non-Dispute Agreement: Once payment is made and the service is rendered, the customer agrees not to initiate any disputes or chargebacks with their payment provider. Instead, any concerns regarding the service received should be communicated directly to Cancun Private Transfers.

  3. Refunds: In applicable situations where Cancun Private Transfers determines that a refund is warranted, this will be processed following our standard refund procedures as stated in our policies.

  4. Dispute Consequences: Initiating a dispute or chargeback after voluntarily accepting and using the service may be considered fraudulent behavior and will be contested by Cancun Private Transfers with full evidence, including service logs, trip details, and any tipping records provided by the driver.

  5. Communication Obligation: Customers must attempt to resolve any issues directly with Cancun Private Transfers through the provided communication channels before resorting to disputes or chargebacks.

By booking and accepting our services, customers affirmatively signify their understanding and agreement to these terms.
